Excitation functions of some deuteron-induced nuclear reactions on Al

Abstract Excitation functions of the reactions 27 Al(d,?p) 24 Na, Al(d,2p) Mg and Al(d,p) 28 Al were measured by activation technique up to deuteron energies 37 MeV. The available experimental databases reaction products extended compared with nuclear model calculations based on code TALYS-1.8. Our data are reproduced well after adjustment a few free input parameters. cross-section ratio (d,?p) (d,2p) process as function projectile energy was deduced from data, result is interpreted in terms competition between proton an ?-particle emission.
